Beginnings
Matt and his wife Jordan have called Aledo home for the past ten years, raising their three children and putting down real roots. Their story began at Southwestern Seminary while preparing for ministry, and nearly twenty years of marriage later, faith, family, and service still anchor everything they do. They remain actively involved in their local church and community, finding joy in connection, service, and shared life with those around them.
Work & Skills
His leadership was shaped by nearly a decade in pastoral ministry, where teaching, public speaking, and service honed his ability to guide and inspire others. That season instilled a passion for listening well, caring deeply, and building mission driven teams. He later spent another decade in retail leadership across sales, management, team development, and major events, learning how to actively listen to customers and clearly communicate value. Along the way, he discovered a deep love for advertising, marketing, and storytelling.
Priorities
Rooted in his personal faith and commitment to family, Matt brings his whole heart to the work he does. Relationships matter to him, and that belief shapes a highly relational, consultative approach built on listening, clarity, and trust. He specializes in retail sales and leasing, industrial real estate, and development-focused projects throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding counties, with his heart and strategic focus firmly rooted in the greater Fort Worth growth corridor. Helping landowners, tenants, developers, and investors align vision and move forward with confidence is central to his work. Guided by integrity, patience, and a genuine desire to serve, Matt’s priority remains simple: to serve people well.
