Beginnings
Scott grew up in Fort Worth and later attended Texas A&M University, where he studied Finance. A lifelong Fort Worth supporter, he still believes it is hard to beat, though he admits nearby communities have their own charm. From an early age, he was drawn to sales and service, starting with selling Cutco knives and later working in financial services and the coffee business. Helping people and businesses succeed has always motivated him, making real estate a natural fit. Fourteen years later, he still genuinely enjoys both the work and the relationships that come with it.
Work & Skills
For more than a decade, he has helped lead and manage an office while consistently closing over ten million dollars in commercial real estate annually. His experience includes developing an eight unit multifamily project in Fort Worth’s Near Southside, completing multiple CCIM classes, and regularly attending ICSC and other industry conferences to stay sharp and well connected in the commercial space. He works closely with investors and landlords to buy, sell, and lease retail, office, and industrial properties. While Fort Worth will always feel like home, he takes particular pride in helping bring restaurants like Press Café and Cork and Pig to Parker County, joking that contributing to the Bearcat food scene was a win everyone could appreciate.
Priorities
Faith in Jesus, family, helping others, building businesses, and meaningful relationships are central to his life. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, coaching his kids’ sports teams, serving at church, and watching college football. He and his wife enjoy walking their dogs, Max and Molly, and traveling to new places together. A long term goal is to visit all seven continents while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
